I’m A Farmgirl, floral designer and flower essences practitioner

Hello, I am a Farmgirl at my essence.

I grew up on my grandparents farm in Wilton, NH roaming the fields and forests. I went to an agricultural, cooperative high school and learned floral design as a trade. I also went to college for a bachelors degree in business management with the intention of opening my own flower shop. Then life happened and I grew where I was planted.

Over the years I have had the joy of sharing my gifts by designing wedding and event flowers for friends and family and giving personally arranged bouquets for special occasions. While growing a family, two beautiful children and home in Stratham, NH, I received my 500 hour, yoga teaching certification and taught classes and workshops for 15 years. I have been trained as a Reiki II practitioner.

I have now come back to my roots, using the language and essence of flowers to communicate with others on a subtle energetic and physical level. I plant, nurture, harvest and design beautiful, local, sustainable flower arrangements. Ones that communicate the innate intelligence and harmony in nature.

of the logo

This is a photo of an Air Sprite. Air Sprites are nature spirits that are attracted to positive energy. This one visited me on top of Mount Battie in Camden, Maine at sunrise. My belief in the power of nature and how it supports our health has been a guiding value in my life. That is the reason I used this sprite as an inspiration for my logo.
